Testimonials
I have been seeing Kelsey for well over a year now, and I have yet to have a session with her that wasn’t beneficial in some way. Kelsey is not only a truly kind, empathetic listener, but also offers authentic, objective and knowledgeable feedback with genuine concern for my well-being. Working with her has allowed me to gain a greater sense of self and to develop important strategies to navigate difficult situations. I trust her completely, and I highly recommend her.
I’ve been seeing a counsellor at Kelsey Jarvis Counselling and Associates for over 2 years and I can truly say from my experience in counselling and mental health in general that they are THE best. They love what they’re doing and are masters in counselling skills.
Kelsey has been a tremendous help with learning about self care and for working towards my larger life goals. She is a great listener and I have come to trust her as a person who genuinely cares, understands me, and who works with me to develop successful strategies and tools as I learn to navigate through life on my own. That being said, she is also professional and very knowledgeable in her field. I recommend!
